Salmon with pasta
Ingredients
- Fresh salmon in slices or salmon fillet without the skin
- Chopped onions
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped dill
- Chopped parsley
- Pasta of your own choice
- Water
- Olive oil
Method
Take the salmon without the skin, chop it, wash it well and let it drain. Add the chopped vegetables into a saucepan and saute them in olive oil. Then add the chopped salmon and once it gains a light brown color, remove the saucepan from the heat. Boil the pasta of your selection for 10 minutes, drain it and place it in a saucepan with a little bit of olive oil. Pour inside the already cooked salmon and start mixing it with the pasta for about 3′.Tags: Salmon with pasta
