Sardines in the oven
Ingredients
- Fresh sardines (cleaned)
- Water
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Cinnamon (optional)
Method
Rinse the sardines very well and place them in a roasting pan. Add olive oil, a little water, salt, pepper and cinnamon preferably (cinammon absorbs the strong smell of the fish without strongly affecting the flavor). Place the pan in preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes at 180⁰C.Tags: Sardine in oven
