- Fresh salmon in slices or salmon fillet without the skin
- Olive oil
- Vegetables of your choice (broccoli, zucchini, onion rings, etc.)
- Lemon juice
Take the salmon and put it in a roasting pan with a little bit of oil (salmon releases its own oils when cooked) and add the well-washed and chopped vegetables of your choice. Cook in preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 180⁰C. 5 minutes before you switch off the oven, add some lemon juice.
